1. Apply eye liner on your eye lid and blend it with blending brush.

A perfectly used lip-liner gives a neat, defined edge to lips. The easy steps to make the lips more beautiful by applying or putting lipstick are given below.
These are some steps which should be taken in this regard.

The very first step is to choose the lipstick. The choice must be according to the time, event and face color.
It is necessary to moisten yours lips by rubbing a small amount of moisturizer. You can also use lip bam instead of any moisturizer.
Be sure about the lipline because exact pasting on the lips can help to make the lips more beautiful.
Now make an outline along the natural edge of the lips with any lip-liner or lip-pencil darker than your selected lipstick.
After that apply a very light touch of your normal foundation as base on lips. This step is simply for those ladies who are applying complete makeup on their face. Dulhan or bridal makeup can be done in this way.
